After graduating from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine she engaged in clinical care, she worked as a nurse in hospitals of the third level in Beijing. After training and passing the relevant examinations she was qualified as a nurse-teacher, she taught students from medical universities basic knowledge and practical skills of nursing, she composed a training program on care of the sick.

She has many years of experience in the care and teaching. She trained in Ireland for three years, worked in three hospitals in Dublin: Beaumont Hospital, Mater Hospital and St James's Hospital. During this period she assimilated the modern foreign concepts and models of service, international experience of care.

After returning home she engaged in research work on the general care, to fully apply her knowledge in practice, integrating treatment and rehabilitation of disorders, continues to study and explore the common models and methods of care that are appropriate for various diseases of different nationalities, races and ethnic groups.
