Master XuMingtanghold the seminar of Level III Zhong Yuan Qigong in “Kundawell” on the 28-30 of April 2013


The disciples of XuMingtangfrom different countries came to seminar - qigong practitioners, Image therapists. As always, the class is filled to the last desk. Everyone came for the knowledge and experience, for the answers to the questions that arise in the course of practice, teaching Zhong Yuan Qigong and just life. All XuMingtang students know that at the meeting with the Master, even at the seminar, which lasts only three days, there are always insights, new experiences and opening abilities.


Again and again re-reading the books and watching DVD on steps of ascentZhong Yuan Qigong, we discover something new, we suddenly see and understand the words and movements that we have missed in the previous reading and watching, because we just were not mature enough to understand that. Master always communicates with the student at the level at which the pupilis, and always opens up new horizons, forwhich it is necessary strive in practice. The samewasatthisseminar.

At each level ZYQ we clearly understand that we have to practice and achieve, and why. In the third level,the most important goal of the practice is the achievement of Pause. All classes in level III are intended to get the state of Pause.

XuMingtang: "Even if you only once in your life get the Pause state, and leave your body, then you really understand that the universe is not only what you see with your regular eyes. If you really reach a Pausestate, you get side effects, but they are all good: the Third eye will be able to see the other worlds,bythe Third ear you can hear voices and sounds, music. The soul or your "ego" will leave the body, andthe Secondheartstart to work. Second heart - means that you can feel the condition of the other persons and other people's emotions.

And it all depends on your mind, at what level it is, that is, all the results of the practice that you get depends on where your mindis".

At a seminar with Master we practiced the exercises on the third level, discussed the features of each of them, the exactness of performance. Master talked about the universe, about where the lifecome from, about the emotions and the causes of diseases, and much more.

Exercise "Big Tree".


XuMingtang: "Atthe third level, we activatethe upperDantian, that's why our hands should beplaced in front of the Third eye. Hereby, we keep the ball between the Third eye and the hands. The second goal - during a Pause state when the soul leaves the body, we feel as if we have lost all the weight and are in free fall, and it's a little scare. So, we begin to prepare ourselves for these sensations by performing a “BigTree”.




So when you perform this exercise, you should be in the following state: you have to imagine that your double performs an exercise in front of you as you are. The second goal - is to look at yourself. First, you will not see anything, but then after a few days you will see a second yourself. You do not know when you will see a secondyourself and how he (she) will look, perhaps he (she) will look 10 years younger. This will mean that the information or your "ego", your soul is ready to leave. It is interesting that when the soul leaves the body, it can see the body, and the body can not see the soul. When we get the experience of leaving the body, we can understand what life is".
After completing the exercises Master told about a secret technique - how to unite with a double.
At level III, we have 7 and 8 exercises, they are oriented to enhance the effect, help the soul to leave the body.

Seventh preparation exercise: Taking the moon from the sea.


XuMingtang: "We see the moon in the lake and take it into the body, and again it was still there in the lake. If we really get itonly once, we will not be able to continue to carry out the exercise. We take the image. When this image will be in the lower Dantien, middleDantian and upper Dantian, then the energy will make channel light. And so after this exercise, we visualize three Dantian, and we see the moon in them.


Passage of the moon through the point Mingtang will allow us to activate it. Each time the ball will go through Mingtang and three Dantian, activate them andbuild central channel. Natural breathing. When you take the ball, you inhale, and when you descend it - exhale. First, it's just an image, your imagination, you just take the moon from the lake, but then these pictures will change your body. We have three ballsinside. Then there will be no balls, will be simply Path".


Eighth preparation exercise: Inhalation in the body odors of different worlds.

XuMingtang: "In the higher worlds, we often feel strong odors, such as sandalwood. In our world, we are not only senses odors, but also eat. In the higher realms there is no food, there is only the smells and the people of the upper worlds feed smells like food.



When we rise up on our toes, we're as if we losing a little balance, and this feeling is a bit  similar towhen your soul is trying to raise into another world. Therefore, all of these exercises: 7, 8 and Big Tree prepares us for when the soul is about to leave the body.

To realize the goal - to reach a Pause state, you have to prepare your body, mind and energy. Physically, we need to be healthy, otherwise it will be difficult to be in a Pause state. From the energy point of view, we prepare our middle channel, and also prepare a Third eye, so the soul can see what is happening outside. From the point of view of the mind, we must prepare ourselves for what we feel fear. One day, when your energy will be strong enough, and you will be quiet enough, you will feel the energy pushes you out of the body".

XuMingtang: "To understand what islife and where it came from, and reach a Pause state, you need practice hardly, deeply and serious.

But to reach a Pause state and calm is not so easy. Because of too many emotions and challenges are in our life. If we understand that there is no more important issue than our lives, we will be quiet. We will meet these challenges, but we will solve problems more calmly. To practice qigong, one must also be calm.
